comfortable apartment sleeps up to 3 adults & is on the
second floor of Portmore Place. Furnished with a tasteful mix
of period & contemporary furnishings, the spacious living room has
a sea view, with window seats overlooking the bay. It also
has colour TV, freeview, DVD, music centre with CD, & a
range of books & games. The fully equipped kitchen is to the
rear & has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher,
washing machine, fridge etc plus plenty of crockery, cutlery
& glassware, and dining table & chairs. The bathroom is also
to the rear & has a toilet & basin, with power shower over the
bath. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed & window seat with
sea view. The second bedroom to the rear has a single bed.
This
apartment is let weekly from SATURDAY to SATURDAY during the
summer & peak periods it costs £425.00 per week. Outwith
peak periods it can also be let for short periods of 3
nights or more at a cost of £80.00 per night . All prices
include electricity, bed linen & towels.
This
apartment is currently being redecorated & up to date photos
